Join us for a day filled with exhilarating al fresco experiences that showcase the best that the Beehive State has to offer while gaining a deeper appreciation for the perspectives, history and goals of the hardworking mavens who cultivate our land and protect our animals.

Saving Gracie x Skydog: Horse rescue cocktail hour at Gracie's Farm

Barb Phillips, founder of the Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation and Clare Staples, founder of Skydog Ranch have dedicated their lives to rescuing and protecting horses. Join them as they co-host a cocktail hour to herald the arrival of four new Mustang colts from Skydog Ranch into the Gracie's family. Meet the young colts, sip our famous "Horse Thief" cocktails and hear the fascinating tales of grit, perseverance and love that have fueled Barb and Clare's life's work to protect these sacred animals.

  • Cocktails will be available for purchase and raffle tickets are available for $100 each, the proceeds for which will benefit the Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation

Queen Bee Dinner at Gracie's Farm

Join renowned chef Sarah Glover for a multi-course dinner set amidst the lush gardens at Gracie's Farm. Chef Glover specializes in open-flame cooking, and has published award-winning cookbooks such as Wild, Wild Child, Open Skies and A Wild American Road Trip. As she helms our annual Queen Bee Dinner, each of her courses will feature local Utah honey, our celebrated hero ingredient of the evening.

About Chef Sarah Glover

Sarah Glover is an internationally recognized chef and author. Throughout her, career Sarah has blazed a culinary trail, published the award winning Wild and Wild Child cookbooks with her third book Open Skies, A Wild American Road Trip recently released, and established a successful global brand. With her roots and culinary escapades founded in Tasmania, Sarah now bounces between Australia and the U.S., where she has cooked for the likes of Martha Stewart and Gordon Ramsay – and shares her knowledge around creating world class sustainable fare, specializing in open-fire, large-scale immersive experiences.
