The Experience

Sustainability and reverence for the land are at the forefront of the Gracie’s Farm ethos. Our female-led team of FarmHers employs a “no-till” method, eschewing convenient, modern farming machinery for working the land by hand and with the aid of selective animal rotation. Discover how these practices lead to a bountiful harvest.

Creating a Biodiverse Farm

Farm School

Spend time on the farm with one of our passionate “farmhers” learning the tricks of the trade, the secrets for creating a biodiverse farm and how we’ve implemented sustainable practices within a short high-alpine growing season. Help with an array of farm chores, such as irrigating crops, broad forking and cultivating, transplanting vegetables into the ground and planting seeds in the greenhouse. When the farm chores are mostly done, we harvest the tender greens, baby root vegetables, and flowers that make our farm so special.
  • $250 per guest | 2 Hours | Ages 10+

  • Lunch is available on request for an additional charge.
