This remote yet elegant bush kitchen serves the finest in outpost dining, featuring the bold earthy flavors of open flame cooking and mountaintop views of the Wasatch Range.

Castle Peak Yurt Expedition
Take a scenic drive deep into the Uinta Mountain Range to the remote and secluded Castle Peak Yurt, your home base for the day from which you can enjoy hiking or rock climbing. A short distance from the yurt is the beautiful Castle Peak Lake, where you can go swimming, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding.
