Inspired by the Mexican heritage of our Executive Chef Guillermo Tellez and under the guidance of our culinary team, learn how to balance flavors and textures to achieve authentic Mexican salsas using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Then, craft traditional tortillas from scratch. Once the tortillas are pressed and ready, chef will provide a selection of proteins and toppings, allowing you to personalize and assemble your perfect taco.
