  • Sound Bath | Be engulfed by sound bowls, ocean drums and gong vibrations that help move and clear blocked energy.
  • Healing Sound Journey | Experience the healing power of sound during this heart centered journey that honors and connects you to your life path.
  • Family Musical Flow | Music speaks to all ages. Play, move and connect as a family through live instruments, yoga and movement. 
  • Silent Meditation Hike | Walk in silence through nature's beauty with your senses leading the exploration to reignite your forgotten gifts. 
  • Wyld Abandon | The physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of dance have been proven. Experience what this unique balance of movement and stillness can do for your body, mind and heart.
  • On the Rocks | Take a mindful walk to the warmth of the creekside Sanctuary. Before stepping into the outdoor plunge, your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to the stress of the cold water.
