  • Trail to Flow | After a guided hike among the beautiful mountain vistas, you’ll arrive at a remote location for a rejuvenating yoga session in the fresh alpine air.
  • Reformer Pilates | Join your expert instructor for a one-on-one Pilates reformer session, featuring guided exercises with varying resistance to strengthen and align your entire body.
  • Floating Sound | Experience the magic of the spa pool after hours as you relax on a floating bed, gliding under the night sky to soothing, healing sounds.
  • Grounding Sound | Resting comfortably in a relaxed state, be engulfed by waves of sound and vibration created by crystal bowls, cean drums, chimes and gongs. Feel a sense of physical and emotional relief through this gentle, meditative practice.
  • Healing Sound Journey | Experience the healing power of sound during this heart centered journey that honors and connects you to your life path.
  • Family Musical Flow | Music speaks to all ages. Play, move and connect as a family through live instruments, yoga and movement. 
  • Intuitive Energy Journey | Our resident healer, Sugar, gently guides you into meditation, channeling insights to uncover patterns shaping your life. She balances your chakras and clears blocked energy, helping you reconnect with your body and self on a deeper level.
  • On the Rocks | Take a mindful walk to the warmth of the creekside Sanctuary. Before stepping into the outdoor plunge, your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to the stress of the cold water.
