A discovery experience through energetic healing modalities, mantras, breathwork and movement, explore private sessions and group offerings at THE WELL, designed to help clear the way for substantial and sustainable transformation in your life.

How we relate with each other has a profound effect on our wellbeing, growing together is paramount to our individual wellness and the health of the relationship. Learning to see each other with open eyes and hearts, listening mindfully to what is truly needed, touching with love and intention all create a space for deep healing to take place. Through practices, exercises and helpful tools, unlock new depths of comprehension, compassion and connection. Suitable for all connections – partners, friends, relatives and so on.

  • Plan de Vida: Lessons of the Nicoya People | Learn the eight principles that guide the lives of those who live the longest. AltaGracia is located adjacent to the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the places where more centennials than average can be found. Discover how you may apply these principles to your own life and take home the secrets of the Blue Zone.
  • Plan de Vida: Mindset Mapping | Discover the 'plan de vida,' or 'reason to live' practiced by the Nicoya people. Break past your limiting beliefs and manifest your own affirmations through guided practice with this workshop inspired by the universal laws of epigenetics — the study of how behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect your genes and mind. Identify key areas of your life that you would like to enhance and create your own affirmations to put you on the path to your fullest potential.
  • Plan de Vida: Journaling & Affirmations | In this guided journaling session, your guide will provide you prompts to help you deep dive into your own inspirations and aspirations. Learn affirmations and practice techniques to help bring your aspirations to life.
  • Communal Kitchen | Share time with other guests of the hacienda through focused culinary and mixology workshops which showcase ingredients, recipes and key themes of the Blue Zone.
  • Natural & Mindful Movement | Incorporate movement into your daily routine with active and mindful options to get your body moving.
  • Authentic Connection | Connect to the flora, fauna and traditions of the region during expert-led activities that allow you to learn about local species and practices while interacting with fellow guests and your surroundings.
