The Experience

Our Private Mindful Movement offerings are led by certified experts, who blend traditional and innovative approaches to movement. From meditation, yoga, pilates and personal training, there is something available for all fitness levels, at all paces.

Yoga & Mat Pilates

These mat-based practices balance body and mind, offering physical and mental benefits for guests of all ages. Choose your speed and your intention and allow your instructor to tailor the class to your level and goals to get the most out of this private hour dedicated to movement. Choose between Yoga or Mat Pilates. The following options are available for private yoga classes: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial.

  • Minimum age: 12 years old
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Studio Pilates

Step into THE WELL at AltaGracia’s Pilates studio, equipped with a reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel for a professional class led by a Polestar trained Pilates instructor. This class will be tailored to the guest’s individual needs and can focus on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in the body or address areas of pain or tension with the assistance of professional equipment.

  • Minimum age: 16 years old
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Personal Training

Increase strength, stamina and energy through curated exercises guided by our personal trainer. These sessions are crafted individually for guests based on your goals and preferences to ensure that you leave feeling motivated, accomplished and ready for the adventures of your day. Assisted by our fully-outfitted Fitness Center, weight training, cardio and mat exercises ensure a complete training answer to your needs. Outdoor classes focused on cardio, circuit training, and self-body weight exercises are also available.

  • Duration: 60 minutes

Mindfulness (Meditation & Breathwork)

Learn techniques to manage and adapt to stress as well as improve your overall well-being through mindful practices centered on breathing. Meditation encourages you to focus attention on the present, clearing your mind and promoting awareness, while breathwork can be used as a tool to shift your energy, lift your mood and ground you. Both offer multiple benefits and useful tips which you can take home with you and practice in your everyday life for improved mental and physical health.
