Enjoy an ‘aperitif’ experience with our local guaro tasting. Guaro, the traditional liquor of Costa Rica, is a clear spirit distilled from sugarcane. Though relatively neutral on its own, our talented culinary and bar team creates an eclectic collection of infusions to showcase the ingredients of El Cultivo, our organic garden: from chili to pineapple to basil and clove, a whole array of flavors await.
