Monday
- 8:00 - 8:45 am | Mountain Yoga - Every mountain stands tall because of its foundation. Cultivate strength of body and mind with an alignment based mountain inspired flow.
- 9:00 - 10:00 am | Moving Meditation - Giving focus to only one thing during movement will quiet the mind. Feel present and connected with attention to your breath during this gentle yoga practice. $65 per person
- 10:00 - 11:00 am | Winter Ramble - Join us on a guided hike or snowshoe with one of our Blue Sky Adventure Guides. Learn about the Blue Sky's vast trail system, the history of the land, and our abundant wildlife.
- 11:00 -12:00 pm | Holistic Horsemanship - Head down to the Remuda to observe our equine staff compassionately caring for the horses.
- 4:00 - 4:45 pm | Fly Tying - Meet one of our adventure guides in the YUTA bar to learn the art of fly tying.
- 5:00 - 6:00 pm | Honey Tasting - Sample a variety of honeys, each distinct in taste and character. Each honey variety tells a story of the bees' foraging journeys across Utah's diverse landscapes.
Tuesday
- 8:00 - 8:45 am | Wild Abandon Yoga - Let your inhibitions go and flow with nature's rhythm. Enjoy a series of mindful movements to open the body, mind and heart to surrender and trust the wild.
- 9:00 - 10:00 am | Pranayama Yoga - Elevate your morning by taking time to the breathe. Allow the body to flow through movement symbolizing Yin and Yang, balancing between active asana, and releasing tension. $65 per person
- 10:30 - 11:30 am | Gracie's Goodies (February & March) - Curious about our regenerative garden at Blue Sky? Catch up with one of our Farmer's at the lodge for an introduction to some of our sustainable gardening methods. Learn what has been happening over the Winter months and what's blooming for Spring.
- 2:45 - 3:45 pm | Winter Market at Gracie's Farm (December & January) - Venture down to Gracie's Farm for a hot cider or a glass of Farmhouse Ale while you peruse our retail market. Our greenhouse and hoophouse will also be open for you to see our Winter crops.
- 5:00 - 6:00 pm | Basics of Kombucha - Uncover the history and health benefits of kombucha, explore the intricate process of its creation, including the selection of ingredients and teas, culminating in a delightful kombucha tasting.

Guests who have registered for paid experiences are requested to cancel their reservations by 7 pm on the evening before the scheduled experience. Cancellations made after 7 pm will incur the full charge.
