A Cinematic Dining Experience at The Lodge at Blue Sky: Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton of 3-Michelin Star SingleThread announce "ThroughLine," their third residency at The Lodge at Blue Sky. Designed to deepen connections with our food systems, this unparalleled dining experience will transport diners through an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated Director Justin Taylor Smith, with each film weaving into the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each course. Through this cinematic experience, guests are immersed in the journey of the farms, fisheries, and artisans that sustain us, celebrating a shared commitment to sustainable sourcing and stewardship.

- Services at 5pm and 8:30pm | Two seatings each night with just 14 guests per seating
- Twelve-course Omakase-style experience in The Wine Room at The Lodge at Blue Sky
- Reservations for dinner are available for Lodge guests only; book an overnight stay at The Lodge in order to book your dining experience
- $400++ per person for dinner | A thoughtful pairing selection and wines by the glass and by the bottle will also be available for an additional charge.

Farmed by Co-owner and Head Farmer Katina Connaughton along with her amazing team, SingleThread's 24-acre farm consists of a plethora of crop rows, greenhouse, shade structures, loamy fields, bee hives, orchard trees, and floral studio.
The SingleThread Farm and Restaurant lies in the renowned Russian River and Dry Creek Valleys in Healdsburg, California. The farm supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey to the restaurant kitchen, helmed by co-owners, Chef and Farmer, Kyle and Katina Connaughton.
