Local fine art curator Bobby Beals presents exclusive art-centric experiences in Horseshoe Gallery at Bishop’s Lodge, showcasing artists via fine art shows, live demonstrations, culinary experiences, and curated special events throughout the year. Artists include Micqaela Jones, Jedidiah Emanuel, Reina Dos, Gino Miles, Tracy Hollister and Frank Gonzales.

Following the show, Jones will present her exclusive pieces from the show in a separate exhibit at Horseshoe Gallery. Santa Fean sculptor Tracy Hollister invites attendees on a captivating journey through her art, reflecting the diverse landscapes and interests that inspire her. Influenced by New Mexico's elemental beauty and the vibrant energy of towns like Santa Fe, Taos, and Abiquiu, Hollister's work harmoniously blends earthy hues, dynamic shapes and contrasting textures, including high gloss finishes. With creations that balance masculine and feminine elements, Hollister draws from a range of influences, from traditional Japanese ceramic techniques to wild-sourced materials, allowing her artistry to flow naturally. Plein Air Painters of New Mexico

Plein Air Painters of New Mexico (PAPNM) is a professional association of artists and sponsors dedicated to preserving and promoting painting "en plein air" – in the open air or outdoors every weekend beginning in the Spring.
  • Starting in early May, Bobby Beals Presents… a true plein air experience featuring esteemed artists capturing the landscape of Bishop’s Lodge on a weekly basis

  • The painters will independently set up their easels across the property to depict the essence of various landmarks such as the Lamy Chapel, the Trout Stream, the Bunkhouse, the classic weathered truck, the chamisa and juniper, and of course, the breathtaking sunsets. Guests are encouraged to approach each artist and “step into their office” to view their work up close.

About Bobby Beals

Bobby Beals is an entrepreneur who started his own artist consulting agency in his early 20s that developed into owning and operating a fine art gallery and curating business. Beals made his impression in Santa Fe on historic Canyon Road with his fine art gallery, Beals & Co. Showroom, and has participated in numerous art shows including Art Dubai, Loveland Sculpture Show and Jackson Hole Fine Art Fair. Among his passion projects, he curates and co-owns Kamagraph Skateboard Company and The Friday Paper and ArtistProof.One with expert strategist Gary Dinh.
  • The Santa Fean Magazine has featured Bobby Beals in their annual article, “People We Love”. The Santa Fe Reporter named Beals “Curator of the Year” by popular vote, and he was honored to be featured in Humans of New Mexico.
