Sacred Space Mindful Movement

Body-based awareness practice. The body is a sacred space for investigation with wisdom that comes alive through movement. Movement is the medicine, the metaphor and the meditation. Using a collection of MindBody practices, and Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms(tm) embodiment maps, each session offers an individualized and supported journey into conversation with one's felt sense.

Vibrational Spirit

Experiences with high frequency tuning forks which are tapped off the body to encourage alignment, calming and stress release.

Lunar Yoga Hike

Each month in the early morning hours of the full moon, we'll lead guests on a gentle walk to a secluded forest clearing for a thematic yoga sequence. The experience will conclude with breathwork and intention-setting by the light of the full moon.
