Sabores Cooking Class
Learn about the ancient xamach, or comal, Mexico’s hot cooking vessel, from our chefs and local experts. Make fresh tortillas and prepare delicious small dishes, which you can replicate at home, in this hands-on culinary experience.

The Barbacoa Master
Join our Culinary Team in Resol kitchen for an all-day experience learning the technique of the Pib, our version of the local pit barbecue. Start in the morning, come back mid-day, and enjoy your creation in the evening at Feast of Flavors Garden Barbecue, which is included in the experience.
