The Experience
Venture into our forest for an experience not for the faint of heart. Set off with your Guía and headlamp on the hacienda’s wooded trails, moving slowly, as your senses are heightened to the sounds surrounding you - leaves crunching under foot, the call of night birds and the slithering or scurrying of wildlife who come out to hunt at night. In addition to creatures like snakes, frogs and lizards, you may encounter armadillos, agoutis, racoons, pizotes, deer - and if you’re very lucky - ocelots, which have been caught on our nocturnal cameras. Though no encounter in the wild is ever guaranteed, the possibility of what you might discover is sure to keep your adrenaline pumping during this experience you’re not soon to forget.
