This Easter weekend, Cubo’s Chef Roberto Lingard will be inviting guests to experience this intimate setting and shared escape from the urban pace of life at AltaGracia for an Easter weekend full of multi-sensory epicurean experiences. Join Chef Roberto for a guided tour of the local San Isidro market, uniquely curated versions of AltaGracia classics such as Cienfuegos and El Cultivo Edible Garden Dinner, and much more for a magical series of culinary and cultural events focused on open-fire cooking and locally-sourced ingredients.

  • San Isidro Market Visit

    Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Costa Rica with Chef Roberto Lingard of Cubo as your guide. Much like his approach at Cubo—where gastronomy is a journey through local flavors and ancestral knowledge—this experience takes you deep into one of the country’s largest farmers markets.

    Wander through the bustling stalls as Chef Lingard shares his expert eye for selecting the freshest local produce, introduces you to the region’s most unique ingredients, and offers insight into the deep-rooted traditions that shape Latin American cuisine.

  • Cienfuegos

    Defined by sensational get-togethers, Cienfuegos recreates some of the best elements of Costa Rican culture. Gather at Los Establos for an evening of fire-roasted fare and live entertainment, featuring a specialty menu curated by guest chef Roberto Lingard. Enjoy an immersive dinner, where you will be treated to not only an incredible meal, all cooked open-fire, but also a traditional stable show.
