Showcasing the nation's gastronomic prowess—from the deep, traditional flavors of Oaxaca and the bustling street food of Mexico City to the fresh seafood of Baja—this chef-led dining series, will connect guests with acclaimed regional chefs and mixologists at our ethereal oceanfront oasis in Riviera Maya from March through May 2025.

A Celebration of Mexican Cuisine

Each weekend will commence with an interactive cocktail hour, inviting guests to sip and savor a curated selection of wines from Guadalajara’s esteemed Vinos Boutique. Complementing the experience, an array of thoughtfully crafted light bites, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and flavors that pair perfectly with the wines. This intimate gathering sets the tone for a weekend of exceptional culinary and cultural experiences.

In this immersive dinner series, Mexico’s celebrated chefs and mixologists will guide you on an epicurean journey through the region that they call home. Gather at Etéreo’s Chef’s Table for an extraordinary multi-course dining experience, where each dish tells the story of a renowned chef’s hometown flavors and culinary traditions. Indulge in a thoughtfully curated experience that celebrates the essence of each region through its most iconic dishes.

West | Tintoque of Puerto Vallarta

Helmed by Chef Joel Ornelas, Tintoque is known for its contemporary approach to Western Mexican cuisine.

Listed among The World’s 50 Best Bars, Limantour is an iconic and innovative Mexico City cocktail bar led by mixologist José Luis León.
