Join us as we welcome one of Mexico City’s most noteworthy new restaurants, Botánico, a modern bistro with a constantly evolving menu and lush garden-inspired backdrop, for our next iteration of Flavors & Spirits of Etéreo. With a focus on fresh, local ingredients, Chefs Alejandra Navarro and Ernesto Hernandez will put their unique spin on Etéreo’s menus as they partner with Etéreo’s Executive Chef Carlos Segura for a weekend-long epicurean experience.

- Friday, February 21st | Cena de Botánico | Seatings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Che Che
Gather at poolside venue Che Che for a magical menu bursting with bright flavors and local ingredients.
- Saturday, February 22nd | Botánico x Itzam: Four-Hands Dinner | Seatings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Itzam
The chefs will collaborate for a Flavors & Spirits of Etéreo classic: the Four-Hands dinner, highlighting signature dishes from both Etéreo and Botánico.
