Join us as we welcome one of Mexico City’s most noteworthy new restaurants, Botánico, a modern bistro with a constantly evolving menu and lush garden-inspired backdrop, for our next iteration of Flavors & Spirits of Etéreo. With a focus on fresh, local ingredients, Chefs Alejandra Navarro and Ernesto Hernandez will put their unique spin on Etéreo’s menus as they partner with Etéreo’s Executive Chef Carlos Segura for a weekend-long epicurean experience.

  • Thursday, February 20th | Botánico Happy Hour | 5:30 – 7 PM at Itzam Terrace

    Meet the chefs as you enjoy small bites that embody Botánico’s rustic approach to Mexican cuisine.

  • Friday, February 21st | Cena de Botánico | Seatings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Che Che

    Gather at poolside venue Che Che for a magical menu bursting with bright flavors and local ingredients.

  • Saturday, February 22nd | Botánico x Itzam: Four-Hands Dinner | Seatings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Itzam

    The chefs will collaborate for a Flavors & Spirits of Etéreo classic: the Four-Hands dinner, highlighting signature dishes from both Etéreo and Botánico.

Botánico is a space within a central garden of centennial cactus, uniquely combining gastronomy, architecture, design and music. Born in October 2021 under the leadership of Chefs Alejandra Navarro and Ernesto Hernández, they offer simple but sophisticated cuisine, where flavor is the protagonist. With menus designed to share, inviting diners to experience a true community gastronomic experience is their goal. Developing a unique concept of ‘Mexican brasserie’, the focus at Botánico is top quality ingredients, with an evolving menu and a fusion of local flavors with international touches.
