Cara de Vaca
A celebration of fire cooking and the evolution of the Asada Regiomontana meat, this innovative restaurant honors the source of its ingredients and the tradition and evolution of the meat in northern Mexican cultures. Gather for the marriage of Chef Chuy Villareal's regionally-inspired cuisine with Etéreo’s creative and contemporary approach in a weekend-long series of events, from an oceanfront lunchtime pop-up with tart tequila drinks to a lively dinner with intrinsically Mexican meat dishes in our lush Resol Garden.
Isolina
Celebrating the vibrancy of Latin American cuisine, we welcomed Isolina of of Lima, Peru to Etéreo for a weekend-long collaboration April 26 - 27, 2024. Isolina, named among Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, is an authentic homage to the spirit and flavors of the beloved Peruvian taverns of previous generations. Helmed by Chef José del Castillo, Isolina’s dedication to Peruvian comfort food came alive alongside the freshest local ingredients of Riviera Maya in a series of culinary events including a festive beachfront cevicheria, signature four-hands dinner, and more.
Maizal
Bringing a deep appreciation for local products and inspiration from Mexico’s Puebla region, we hosted Executive Chef Daniel Nates and Maizal's sommelier, twin brother Antonio Nates, at Etéreo for a weekend-long collaboration. Gathering on the beach for a passionate celebration of Puebla's best ingredients on Friday, followed by a four-hands dinner bringing together Etéreo’s Executive Chef Carlos Segura with the Maizal team on Saturday for menus that showcased a marriage of the regional flavors of Mexico.
Raf's & Musket Room
New York-based Michelin-starred restaurant, Musket Room and their new buzzworthy sister-restaurant and bakery, Raf’s teamed up with Etéreo's culinary team in November. From a delightful grill night on the beach celebrating the Jamaican heritage of Musket Room's pastry chef Camari Mick to tasting menus and a 4 Hands dinner from Chef Mary Attea, the marriage of this NYC hotspot with the bright flavors of the Yucatan was a revelation.
Handshake Speakeasy & Migrante
A transcendent culinary collaboration with Handshake, Mexico City's renowned bar ranked as the world's 3rd best by The World's 50 Best Bars, and the highly acclaimed Migrante. A rich tapestry of Mexican flavors and a revelatory cocktail menu whipped up by the lauded speakeasy.
A Taste of Yucatán
Etéreo hosted Chef Jorge Ildefonso of La Mata and Casona los Cedros and Chef Reyes Uc of Kinich for an epicurean journey through the Yucatán Peninsula. This 4-night celebration honored the Yucatán’s rich culinary history with local ingredients from the Riviera Maya, carefully paired with traditional techniques to create unforgettable tasting menus and crafted cocktails in partnership with Casa Dragones all weekend long.
Taverna
Chef Emmanuel Prieto and the team from Mexico City’s iconic Mediterranean-inspired candlelit gem, Taverna, led Etéreo guests through an epicuren journey across Mexico. Chef Emmanuel meticulously married quintessential Mediterranean flavors and techniques with the daily celebrated local bounty of Riviera Maya at Etéreo.
Patz Patz
A culinary journey through the Middle East with Patz Patz founder / Executive Chef Mijael Seidel, one of Food & Wine's Best New Chef's. A weekend of special dinners celebrating Middle Eastern street food's marriage to local ingredients and flair from Mexico and beyond.
Dhamaka
Eteréo welcomed Chef Chintan Pandya and Roni Mazumdar of Unapologetic Foods, the James Beard Award-winning duo behind NYC's hotspot and NYTimes #1 Restaurant Dhamaka, Michelin-Star Semma, among others. A series of collective events and multicultural culinary journey through the Riviera Maya by way of India.

The highly-acclaimed subterranean cocktail lounge beneath Michelin-Starred and James Beard Award-nominated Korean steakhouse of NYC and Miami, COTE, visited Etéreo for a weekend-long series of exciting beverage-centered events throughout the resort.
