One-Day Retreat: Fall in Love with Fitness

The Focus

Experience our monthly signature wellness retreat at Halehouse Wellbeing Center dedicated to movement, relaxation, and recovery. Reinvigorate your fitness routine with Los Angeles-based celebrity trainer Brittany Bowman and Napa’s leading cycling instructor, Desirae Luna, who will guide you through a series of cardio and strength sessions incorporating dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight.

The Schedule

  • 10:00 AM | Welcome Circle

  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM | Sweat & Strength – Cardio Session w/ Dez

  • 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM | Sweat & Strength – Strength Session w/ Britt

  • 12:45 PM – 2:00 PM | Lunch

  • 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM | Stress Release & Mobility w/ Francisco

  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Restorative Yoga w/ Michelle

  • 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM | Springhouse Recovery Regimen, optional spa treatments, personal training, or small group sessions available. Cost of spa treatments and personal training are not included in the price of the retreat. To reserve, call 707.699.6260.

Meet the Instructors

Brittany Bowman

After fostering her passion for fitness in Napa, Brittany Bowman’s career led her to Los Angeles, where she has worked with top fitness brands as well as critically acclaimed actors and musicians, including Sydney Sweeney, Anitta, Jordan L. Jones, and more. Beyond personal training, Brittany is a Pre/Post Natal Coach who has inspired both expectant and new mothers to reintegrate fitness into their lives.

Desirae Luna

The fitness journey of Napa Valley-based fitness instructor Desirae Luna began in her mother’s gym, where she fostered her love for learning and helping others find their passion in fitness. Since 2019, Desirae has been a prominent instructor at THE SOCIETY, specializing in rhythm-based cycling and strength classes. With 17 years of experience as a cheerleader, Desirae’s classes are infused with her love for music and movement, creating an energetic and motivating environment.

Francisco Gomez

With more than 15 years of speed development and endurance running experience, Francisco Gomez is a passionate athlete and mentor. Francisco earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and coaching certifications from USA Track & Field and McMillan, which he has used to help numerous athletes qualify for the Boston, New York and Chicago Marathons. Currently, Francisco is training for the San Francisco and Santa Rosa Marathons in hopes to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Michelle Dickson

Michelle Dickson is a Napa Valley-based yoga teacher who provides Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative classes, and offers Yoga Nidra workshops several times throughout the year. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT200, RYT500, and YACEP (Continuing Education Provider). Through her teachings, she strives to help students find their own inner and outer strength while experiencing the wonderful community that yoga can create. Michelle works to ensure all students who attend her classes feel welcome and supported, no matter what.
