The Experience

Surrounded by olive orchards, ponds, and wildlife, explore McEvoy Ranch, a family-owned, 550-acre working farm that has made award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil for over 33 years. With a glass of Rosebud Rosé in hand, embark on a guided tour to take in the most expansive views of the Petaluma Valley and the ranch's 50 acres of Tuscan olive trees. Next, the brigade of nannies, bucks, and kids - baby and adult goats - will greet you in their community-built barn at the highest point of the ranch. The tour continues at the Glass House, a conservatory filled with an extensive collection of unique succulents and greenery, where your host will take you through the history of the ranch. Designed in Japan and heralded as one of the most unique buildings in northern California, the Pavilion is the ideal stop for a private olive oil and wine tasting. Next, wander over to the impressive white Victorian where you will see one of Elton John's signed red pianos while enjoying tea and cookies. Your private tour will end at the Frantoio (Olive Oil Mill) and Tasting Room.

About McEvoy Ranch

For over three decades, McEvoy Ranch has been crafting olive oil with the utmost dedication. From orchard to table, they take the greatest care to grow, harvest, mill, and bottle with the highest quality standards. Inspired by her love of Tuscan olive oil, founder Nan McEvoy imported 1,000 seedlings from Italy in 1990, determined to produce the same top-quality olive oil in the rolling hills of California’s northern coast. Now, the ranch is known for its estate-milled extra virgin olive oils and a wide range of flavor-infused olive oils produced using the Agrumato Method. In addition to producing award-winning olive oils, the Ranch offers small-lot wine and pantry essentials, including olive oil-based spreads, vinegar, mustard, and honey.
