Experience our monthly signature wellness retreat at Halehouse Wellbeing Center dedicated to movement, relaxation, and recovery. Celebrate the end of summer with refreshing and energizing yoga sessions led by Ulrika Engman, who has honed her practice for decades. Through breath and movement, weave mindfulness into every muscle while transcending relaxation.

  • $345 per person (lunch included)

The Experience

Connect body with breath as you flow through two distinct yoga practices. Inspired by summertime, this immersive retreat is designed to marry the power of yoga and the healing effects of nature, leaning into earth’s elements as a vehicle for rejuvenation.

The Schedule

  • 10:00 AM | Welcome Circle

  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Energizing Morning Yoga Practice

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch

  • 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM | Relaxing Afternoon Summer Vibes Yoga Practice

  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Seasonal Nutrition

  • 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM | Closing Circle

  • 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM | Springhouse Recovery Regimen, optional spa treatments, personal training, or small group sessions available. Cost of spa treatments and personal training are not included in the price of the retreat. To reserve, call 707.699.6260.
