Discover the age old art of pasta making with this hands-on experience. It all starts in The Grange with our Farm Director, Nick Runkle, as he leads you through the garden collecting herbs and flowers to incorporate into your dish. Next, guests will learn how to turn the raw ingredients laid out in front of them into delicious pasta dough with expert guidance from Executive Chef Garrison Price. After a little elbow grease and sparkling wine, guests will incorporate their garden picks into the freshly rolled out dough. Chef Garrison and his team will then lead you through the cooking process, preparing a homemade sauce to accompany your pasta. Enjoy your labor of love in our garden, as you taste the flavors of The Grange coupled with a glass of wine.
