Our Parlour is our Living Room and the heart of our countryside estate, where we invite guests to mingle amongst the glow of the fire, make new friends and sip cocktails. Join us for a convivial hour with the Mayflower team as we kick off the weekend. Every week our beverage team will showcase a select wine from a producer they’re excited about, or will have you try a cocktail that hasn’t yet made it to the menu. Mingle with our team and discover some of their favorite wineries, local spirits and more.
