9 – 10 AM | Jingle Bell Hike with THE WELL – Breathe in the crisp New England air as you embark on Mayflower’s Jingle Bell Hike through the rolling hills of Litchfield County. 

2 – 4PM | Gingerbread Inn Making — Join us in the Lounge for a festive, hands-on gingerbread “inn” making workshop with holiday sweets, frosting and sprinkles. We invite children and guests to build off our expert pastry team’s gingerbread cookies and dive into our magical decorating workshop and head home with their beautifully packaged creations to remember their time in the idyllic countryside.

2 – 5 PM | Tarot & Tipples – Dive deeper into a journey of self-discovery with Tarot in Thyme’s gifted Tarot Readers to unlock doors to the unknown. Experience a one-of-a-kind reading with Numerology, Astrology & Tarot that can help shed light on a new path. After your reading, head over to the Tap Room and show our expert beverage team your gifted tarot card and enjoy an off-menu complimentary cocktail crafted based on your tarot experience.

4 – 8 PM | Christmas Eve Feast – Delight in delicious offerings in the Garden Room at the helm of our expert culinary team and Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jose Ramírez-Ruiz with a three-course prix-fixe menu highlighting the farm-fresh, seasonal bounty of the region. Enjoy Chef Jose’s Christmas cookies and fresh desserts by our skilled pastry chefs as you await the arrival of Old Saint Nick.

1 – 7 PM | Christmas in the Country – Celebrate Christmas Day with a sumptuous family-style menu of festive offerings in the Garden Room curated by Chef Jose Ramirez-Ruíz. Views of our snow-blanketed gardens and idyllic acres along with warm holiday beverages and treats infuse the big day with winter wonderland magic.
