Join wellness and pilates expert Mary Montague for a weekend of pilates, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for all ages. Discover classes that are built on teaching healthy habits from a young age and that carry into adulthood for a peaceful lifestyle. Gather for Mary’s unique group classes and custom private sessions perfect for all guests. Learn a yoga sequence and breathing tools to encourage mindful, focused behavior and practice mat pilates exercises that engage deep core muscles with Mary. This July, Mary will also offer kids-only classes, parent consulting master classes, and everything in between to ensure a wellness-focused family retreat with tangible tips to take home with you.

Thursday, July 4th

  • 11AM – 12PM | Family Mindful Movement – Join an entertaining mindful movement class created for the whole family. Learn an easy-to-follow yoga sequence, practice mat Pilates exercises and engage in breathwork to encourage mindful, focused behavior. Finish class with a meditation and relaxation experience designed for even the littlest of yogis.

Friday, July 5th

  • 11AM – 12PM | Family Mindful Movement – Partake in an entertaining mindful movement class created for the whole family. Learn an easy-to-follow yoga sequence, practice mat Pilates exercises and engage in breathwork to encourage mindful, focused behavior. Finish class with a meditation and relaxation experience designed for even the littlest of yogis.

    Located in the Mindful Movement Studio

  • 3 – 4PM | Wellitos Mindful Movement – Created for the littlest of movers, this yoga and Pilates session is designed to teach kids how to connect to their breath and body, all while having fun. Parents are invited to “drop-off” and enjoy some self-care time of their own while Mary leads the group session.

Saturday, July 6th

  • 11AM – 12PM | Family Mindful Movement – Join an entertaining mindful movement class created for the whole family. Learn an easy-to-follow yoga sequence, practice mat Pilates exercises and engage in breathwork to encourage mindful, focused behavior. Finish class with a meditation and relaxation experience designed for even the littlest of yogis.

  • 3 – 4PM | Wellitos Yoga & Mindfulness – Led by children’s author and movement teacher Mary Montague, this class includes a series of interactive yoga poses, breathing tools and restful meditation. Mary will infuse readings of her book, Damien the Cow: A Yoga Story for Kids, and each guest will go home with a signed copy of the book. This class is recommended for ages 3-10 years old, and parents are invited to “drop-off”.

Sunday, July 7th

  • 10 -11AM | Master Class: Healthy Habits for the Whole Family – Join Visiting Master Mary Montague for a candid conversation on how to best implement healthy habits for your family. Mary spent years as a special education teacher, and currently teaches yoga, Pilates, meditation and mindfulness for schools and private homes. Learn tangible tips for how to intentionally create a healthy home for all age ranges.

In this private session, Mary will learn your family’s unique preferences for movement, and create a class tailored to those goals. From yoga and Pilates, to breathwork and mindfulness, this combination of modalities will help to bond you over healthy habits and get the entire family moving together.

  • Approximately 60 minutes

Private Family Meditation

Build your family’s toolbox of self-regulatory techniques in this private session, tailored to both children and adults. Learn breathwork, meditation and visualization tools to help encourage mindfulness, relax the body and calm the mind.
