Carol LeMaitre
Carol LeMaitre is the founder and head of Sanchez Street Studios, a thriving Pilates studio in San Francisco. With 30 years of experience teaching Pilates and 11 teaching the MELT Method, Carol enjoys combining these modalities to help folks find and maintain their strongest and most mobile selves. Having used Pilates to heal from a back injury, prepare for and recover from the birth of her two children, and stay strong and mobile in her 6th decade, Carol is a true believer in Pilates.
Tessa Mini
Bare Health’s co-owner, Tessa Mini, is a personal trainer with 10 years of experience in postural analysis, advanced tendon release, personal training, therapeutic stretch and strengthening, and nutrition programming. Tessa has worked extensively with her clients to navigate and overcome health conditions, leveraging nutrition and training as key tools to promote overall wellbeing.
