The Focus

Step into your strength, awareness and grace with an empowering heart-opening, mindful yoga practice. Music and thoughtful sequencing will inspire a harmonious, open space for emotions to flow freely, calm the mind and allow your body to be informed through alignment as you discover your ever-growing authentic self. Balancing the third eye chakra will invite you to lean into your inner wisdom and guidance. Tune into your creativity and trust the intuitive messages you receive through guided meditation and writing. From this grounded quiet space, journal stream of consciousness for a pathway to more clarity. Journal prompts will be used to empower you to gain perspective on your life, give pause for reflection and reaffirm your highest self.

The Experience

Enjoy a full day wellness retreat at Stanly Ranch. Start the day by activating the body with movement by participating in a group workout with access to state-of-the-art gym equipment, followed by post-workout recovery in the Springhouse Recovery Circuit. Designed to activate the body’s natural healing processes, our Springhouse Circuit uses heat, cold, steam and micro salts to optimize physical performance and improve health. Enjoy afternoon free time by the spa pool and a plant-forward, seasonally prepared, farm-to-table lunch and finish the day with yoga, meditation and journaling for self empowerment and conscious clarity.

The Schedule

  • 8:45 AM | Check-in

  • 9-9:30AM | Group welcome

  • 9:30AM – 12PM | Morning movement and Springhouse Recovery Circuit

    Includes self guided use of steam room, cedar sauna, salt therapy and tepidarium

  • 12-2PM | Community poolside lunch and leisure time

  • 2-4PM | Empower YOU Practice

  • (Optional) 4-6PMSpa treatments as desired

The Instructor: Andrea Bogart

Propelling others into a healthier, happier, more mindful place is Andrea’s passion. A professional dancer and actress, Andrea Bogart fell in love with yoga for its incredible life-transforming qualities. With over 300 hours of teacher training (RYT) and leading numerous events and thousands of classes and private sessions in Los Angeles, alongside her worldly travels teaching internationally, she’s created online classes so you can join her from anywhere. Andrea has joyously guided yoga for major events and brands like MindBodyGreen, Athleta, Yoga Day at Dodger Stadium, ALO Yoga Youtube, Beauty by Target, Lululemon, The Giving Keys and Camp Mars, to name a few, and volunteers with various charitable causes. Uplifting, empowering and fun flowing, she shares a mindful Vinyasa yoga flow, linking breath to movement that’s well-rounded, challenging and safe to accommodate various levels.
