May 16 - 17, 2024

A celebration of the seasonal local ingredients of Valle de Guadalupe with Michelin-starred Animalón and Executive Chef Oscar Torres. One of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, Animalón is situated under a one hundred year old oak tree in the heart of Baja’s wine country. Chef Oscar, named among Food & Wine Mexico’s 10 best new chefs of 2023, made the trek to Susurros for a culinary takeover May 16th and 17th, showcasing Animalón’s commitment to sustainability, ever-evolving global influences, and world class wine pairings.

Lunario & Chef Sheyla Alvarado

Drawing from the bounty of Mexico, the next iteration of Los Sabores de Susurros del Corazón brings local Latin ingredients and regional storytelling through the lens of Chef Sheyla Alvardao from Lunario. Named as one of Latin America's top restaurants in 2023, Lunario celebrates the cultural heritage of Mexico's northern Baja Peninsula through a multisensory tasting experience featuring a wide variety of vegetables and local seafood sourced daily from the Ensenada Bay. This spring, Chef Sheyla will unite with our culinary team to craft innovative culinary experiences that add to the epicurean journey at Susurros.

Cara de Vaca

February 2 - 3, 2024

Cara de Vaca of Monterrey, listed among the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America since 2022, joined us at Susurros for an epic culinary experience celebrating fire cooking, natural wine, and Asada Regiomontana meat. This innovative restaurant, helmed by Chef Chuy Villarreal, married regionally-inspired cuisine with Susurros’ farm and sea-to-table approach to dining for a two-night takeover with meals shared on both the playa and signature venue Casamilpa, delighting guests and visitors alike.


July 27 - 30, 2023

A contemporary culinary collaboration with one of Monterrey’s most buzzworthy restaurants, Pangea. Head Chef Eduardo Morali teamed up with Susurros’ own Executive Chef Tonatiuh Cuevas to create a weekend filled with blended European and Mexican flavors alongside curated wine pairings from Vinos Boutique’s Francisco Acosta Cham, better known as “Wero Cham”.


October 20 - 21, 2023

In October 2023 we welcomed Fauna, recognized in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2022, for a dive into tantalizing Mexican flavors as Fauna’s Head Chefs, David Castro Hussong and Maribel Aldaco Silva, joined forces with Susurros’ own Executive Chef, Tonatiuh Cuevas, to craft special tasting menus complemented by meticulously curated wine pairings by Vinos Boutique’s Francisco Acosta Cham, better known as “Wero Cham”.
