A pioneer of integrative naturopathy and skincare, Dr. Nigma is a renowned Naturopathic Doctor based in Beverly Hills, who will bring her 20+ years of experience and knowledge to the countryside for a retreat committed to empowering patients by addressing the root causes of health issues through personalized dietary advice, themed around enhancing gut health, supporting skin rejuvenation, and balancing hormones. Dr. Nigma will be joined by meditation teacher and author Megan Monahan, a Chopra Certified instructor. Thursday, March 6th

  • 3:00PM | Arrivals & Check in – Check into the Mayflower and sip on Vitamin C cocktails as you are greeted by Dr. Nigma.

  • 4:30 – 5:30PM | Circling Sessions with Dr. Nigma & Megan Monahan – Begin your journey through an interpersonal session led by Dr. Nigma and Megan Monahan, combining the art of mindful listening and sharing. Conclude the session with a unifying guided meditation to create a meaningful intention for the weekend.

  • 6:30PM | Welcome Dinner with Dr. Nigma – Kick off the retreat with a welcome dinner hosted by Dr. Nigma Talib, featuring a menu designed to reinforce the retreat’s focus on enhancing gut health, supporting skin rejuvenation, and balancing hormones through nutrient-rich, delicious meals.

Friday, March 7th

  • 7:30 – 8:30AM | Morning Snack & Coffee

  • 8:30 – 9:30AM | Group Morning Mediation Class with Dr. Nigma & Megan Monahan – Start your day and awaken your senses in the countryside. Using aromatherapy and sound healing, consisting of live crystal bowl vibrations and binaural beats, practice the Sa Ta Na Ma meditation, referenced in Dr. Nigma’s book. Use your voice in this simple chanted practice and wake up to the day with a deeper level of intention and presence.

  • 10:00 – 11:30AM | Leisure Time & Private Naturopathic Consultation, Face Reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma – Enjoy leisure time or reserve a 60-minute, 1:1 face reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma aimed to resurface, hydrate, plump and lift the skin. This treatment utilizes advanced technology created for Dr. Nigma in Italy that deeply exfoliates, cleanses pores, reduces puffiness, and enhances the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin tone, and dark circles, stimulates collagen production and tightens loose skin and more.

  • 12:00 – 1:30PM | Lunch & Learn with Dr. Nigma – Partake in an engaging session with Dr. Nigma alongside a gut-healthy meal, while learning about the gut and skin connection. Attendees will gain practical tips for maintaining beauty from within, emphasizing that youthful skin begins in the gut.

  • 1:30 – 5:30PM | Leisure Time & Private Naturopathic Consultation, Face Reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma –Enjoy leisure time or reserve a 60-minute face reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma.

  • 5:30 – 6:15pm | Chakra Toning Meditation Sessions with Megan Monahan – Embark on a journey of inner peace as Megan guides the group through an exploration and balancing of their primary energy centers, or chakras, through unique healing sounds, and visualizations. A pendulum will be used to “check” chakras at the beginning of the experience and following the practice, giving participants a chance to understand more deeply how much power we have in balancing ourselves.

  • 7:00pm | Cocktails + Dinner – Finish the first day of the retreat with dinner with Dr. Nigma, featuring a menu designed to reinforce the retreat’s focus on enhancing gut health, supporting skin rejuvenation, and balancing hormones through nutrient-rich, delicious meals.

Saturday, March 8th

  • 7:00 – 8:00am | Morning Snack + Coffee

  • 8:00 – 9:00am | Group Movement Class – Gather for a group movement class at THE WELL led by certified experts who blend traditional and innovative approaches to mindful movement.

  • 9:00am – 1:00pm | Leisure Time & Naturopathic Consultation, Face Reading, and Time Lift Facial with Dr Nigma – Enjoy leisure time or reserve a 60-minute face reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma.

     

  • 1:00 – 2:00pm | Wellness Lecture with Megan Monahan & Book Signing with Dr. Nigma – Gather at the Chef’s Table at THE WELL to learn how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine to enhance your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in a lecture led by Megan. Finish with a book signing of both Dr. Nigma and Megan’s books to optimize your well-being and to bring back a piece of the retreat home with you.

  • 2:00 – 6:00pm | Leisure Time & Private Naturopathic Consultation, Face Reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma – Enjoy leisure time or reserve a 60-minute face reading and Time Lift Facial with Dr. Nigma.

  • 6:30pm | Cocktails + Dinner – Finish the second day of the retreat with dinner with Dr. Nigma, featuring a menu designed to reinforce the retreat’s focus on enhancing gut health, supporting skin rejuvenation, and balancing hormones through nutrient-rich, delicious meals.

  • 9:00pm | Group Evening Meditation with Dr. Nigma & Megan Monahan – Experience a de-stressifying lucid dreaming meditation, called “yoga nidra,” led by Megan. Explore lucid dreaming and be guided into accessing our greatest ability to create and manifest. 

Sunday, March 9th

  • 7:30 – 8:30am | Morning Snack + Coffee

  • 8:30 – 9:30am | Shake it Out Somatic Healing with Dr. Nigma & Megan Monahan – Join us for a powerful and energetic active meditation that involves an opportunity for guided reflection and journaling, followed by somatic healing movement exercises led by Megan.

  • 10:00am | Farewell Coffee with Dr. Nigma – Wrap up your wellness weekend with a farewell coffee with Dr. Nigma before heading back home.
