Gramercy Tavern’s Executive Chef Michael Anthony returns to Chileno Bay. He believes a cook’s job is to create delicious flavors and healthy meals. Passionate about using ingredients that can be traced to their sources, Chef Anthony emphasizes the importance of local farmers. With an abundance of locally-grown produce, Cabo offers the perfect destination for Chef Anthony to showcase his plant-forward approach. In March, he will join the culinary team at Chileno Bay as a guest chef.
