With Chef Alfredo Villanueva at the helm since its opening in 2019, Villa Torél has reflected the relaxed and breezy spirit of Baja California, offering a sophisticated Mexican menu of dishes designed to share - with contemporary French and European touches. Framed by lavender bushes and citrus trees, the restaurant is entirely outdoors, tucked away within the Santo Tomás winery. The cuisine of Villa Torél speaks to the personal history of Chef Alfredo and his wife Denise, utilizing their close access to incredible products from the sea, local orchards, farms, and wineries as their chief inspiration.
