Taking a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, the Spa combines Native American healing rituals with cutting edge modern spa techniques, organic products and essential oils to provide the most revitalizing and beneficial experience possible. Highly trained therapists offer a range of massages, facials, scrubs, and wraps in the tranquil spa treatment rooms, while the salon provides professional hair and nail services. Begin your spa journey with a cleansing steam and tension-relieving shower, then allow the therapeutic touch of your therapist to transport body and mind to a place of utter relaxation.

Alongside nutrition and mental wellbeing, movement is an intrinsic part of maintaining holistic wellbeing. Use your time at Primland as an opportunity to deepen your practice or discover new ways of working up a sweat. Book a Private Yoga session for up to 3 people, starting at $90 for one hour plus $30 for each additional person, or a Private Meditation for up to 3 people, starting at $45 for 30 minutes plus $30 for each additional person.

Rejuvenate and recharge in fresh mountain air

With views to keep you going, the spacious fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment. The indoor heated swimming pool is chlorine-free and ideal for swimming laps or cooling off after a workout. Within the spa locker rooms, you'll find a sauna and steam room to round out the hydrotherapy facilities. There is also a soft-surface tennis court, two open-air yoga/meditation decks and Bootleggers Outdoor Gym and Fitness Trail.

Complimentary yoga classes are held weekly on Saturdays year-round at 9 AM. Classes are held outside, weather permitting. We encourage guests to bring their own mats but will offer mats with towel covering. Guests will meet in the spa/elevator area to gather mats and other necessary items and then exit down the pool hallway and through the pool doors.

  • 30 one-hour spa sessions (1,800 minutes in total) of your choice from the full range of massages, body therapies, salon treatments, skincare treatments and day rituals available

  • Applicable Sunday through Thursday

  • Members are permitted to bring one guest per visit

  • 10% discount on lodging, outdoor activities, clay shooting, shooting instruction, golf and golf lessons

  • 10% discount on all dining, spa services, hunting and retail

  • Room upgrade and late check-out (pending availability)
