Join us in our Fitness & Movement studio for a variety of fitness classes that draw on varied disciplines and techniques. Challenge yourself with a high-end concierge personal training session, find your breathe and reconnect with nature and yourself with an invigorating flow class, a mindful meditation or a soothing stretch inside the Fitness & Movement studio.
Guests are invited to invigorate mornings with complimentary wellness classes offered daily from 8:30 to 9:15 AM. Each class is 45 minutes long and are available on a walk-in basis, unless pre-registration is indicated below. Guests are asked to meet in our Fitness Studio 10 minutes prior to class.
Healing Hatha Flow | Sunday, Monday, & Friday
Let your inhibitions go and flow with nature's rhythm. A balanced exploration of the body that includes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Each class includes a short meditation and final relaxation that enables you to leave feeling grounded and invigorated. All experience levels are welcome.
Valley Meditation & Breathwork | Tuesday
Reset in the serenity of nature. The emotional intelligence and sense of well being gained through meditation and breathwork practices can create a greater capacity for awareness of and compassion for oneself and others.
Mountain Mat Pilates | Wednesday
Every mountain stands tall because of its foundation. A core focused yogic journey, this class is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.
Forest Immersion | Thursday
Breathe in the healing energy of the trees as you walk slowly along a meandering path on the Wildflower property. As the scents and sounds awaken your spirit and the light begins to open up your senses, you will be guided through sacred areas of forest, meadow and stream to experience all that nature has to offer for your health and wellbeing.

Vinyasa Core Strength | Saturday
A vinyasa yoga class focused on linking breath and movement at a steady pace. The class incorporates yoga, functional movement, and core work to target the shoulders, hips, back, and abdominals. This session is suitable for beginners or yogis of any level.
