Experience our signature wellness retreat at Halehouse Wellbeing Center dedicated to movement, relaxation and recovery. Train and recover like a pro alongside Olympians and professional athletes, who will coach you through long distance road rides and runs, high-energy dance sessions and conditioning drills tailored to your fitness goals. Then, listen to candid insights on mental health, foolproof training regimens and more in a panel led by our pro athletes.

- Full day rate: $290 per person (includes lunch)
- Half day rate: $150 per person (morning and afternoon sessions available)

1:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Recovery Sessions
Option 1: Stress Release & Mobility – Ease muscle tightness and improve flexibility with mobility exercises.
Option 2: Postural & Gait Analysis – Identify musculoskeletal imbalances and apply corrective exercises for injury prevention.
Option 3: Cold Plunge with Breathwork – Pair cold water with intentional breathing to reduce inflammation and muscle soreness.
Option 4: Restorative Yoga with Acupuncture – Deepen relaxation with yoga poses held for a longer duration, then enhance extended Savasana with acupuncture.4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: At leisure | Optional spa treatments available. Natalie Coughlin | Swimming
- With three Olympic games under her belt, 12-time Olympic medalist Natalie Coughlin is one of the most decorated female Olympians in the United States. Since retiring from her Olympic swimming career, Natalie translated her passions for food, wine and cooking into her cookbook, "Cook to Thrive: Recipes to Fuel Body and Soul," and Napa-based Gaderian Wines, whose blends were recognized in the 2021 Sommeliers Choice Awards.

Peter Stetina | Cycling
- Road racing cyclist turned pioneering gravel pro Peter Stetina holds three National Championship titles. Following a 10-year World Tour career, Peter announced his departure from road racing to pursue gravel and adventure racing. Since then, he set a course record on the White Rim Trail in Moab, UT and maintained a repeat title at BWR San Diego, among other big races.

Francisco Gomez | Running
- With more than 15 years of speed development and endurance running experience, Francisco Gomez is a passionate athlete and mentor. Francisco earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and coaching certifications from USA Track & Field and McMillan, which he has used to help numerous athletes qualify for the Boston, New York and Chicago Marathons.

Natalie Kirkland | Dance
- Natalie is a choreographer, former NFL Cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush (3 seasons) and former AFL Dancer for the San Jose SaberCats (3 seasons). In addition to dancing alongside Zendaya, New Kids on the Block, Daddy Yankee and more, Natalie’s choreography credits include San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, Clippers Spirit Dance Team, Nike and beyond.

KaShara Garrett | Dance
- KaShara is a choreographer and former NFL Cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (4 seasons). Between earning the title of “Rookie of the Year” and appearing on CMT’s “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team,” Kash has shared the stage with artists like Meghan Trainor, Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan and more. Now, she is the Manager of Entertainment for the Miami Dolphins and the Director of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders.

Matt Kathol & Tessa Mini | Training & Performance
- Matt Kathol and Tessa Mini are co-owners of Napa-based Bare Health and Fitness. With decades of experience in wellness, Matt and Tessa have experience teaching postural analysis, personal training and therapeutic stretch and strengthening. Matt also specializes in professional athletic programs, ergonomics and occupational safety work programs while Tessa has a knack for nutritional programming.

Nicole Zanetell Hall | Yoga
- From chanting “om” in her bunk bed as a child to receiving her 100-hour advanced Bhakti Yoga training in 2019, yoga is a common thread in Nicole’s life. Born and raised in Napa Valley, Nicole is a seasoned yoga instructor with two decades of teaching and various certifications, including a 500-hour certification and two 200-hour certifications.

Dr. Whitney Bird | Acupuncture
- Licensed acupuncturist and doctor of Chinese medicine Whitney Bird inspires others to take charge of their health. With master's and doctoral degrees from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Whitney practices everything from acupuncture and gua sha to breathwork.

Nancy Barbash | Training & Performance
- With three decades of experience as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Nancy holds specialty certifications in Fitness Nutrition and Orthopedic Exercise. As she is passionate about helping others move better, Nancy has completed courses in lower back disorders - focusing on prevention and rehabilitation - and kinetic anatomy, among others.
