With two decades of experience, including head chef at Mexico City’s Pujol, he's an expert in Veracruz cuisine and a proud ambassador of its heritage. As an advocate for responsible consumption, he supports local producers from land and sea in the Gulf of Mexico.
His restaurant, Namik, meaning "meeting point" in Nahuatl, focuses on sustainable fishing. Together with our Chef Raul Soto, Chef Guerrero will showcase traditional Veracruz cuisine using sustainably sourced produce from Baja. - May 14 to 16
