Fieldhouse is the center’s movement studio and peak performance fitness club, offering state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Guests can choose from a variety of daily movement classes, and they have the option to undergo a fitness assessment and receive functional training and performance coaching from world-class practitioners.
Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Monday
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Flow
Find the space to flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath to create a gentle rhythm. Find strength in the body and clarity of the mind.
Tuesday
7:30 a.m. Pilates HIIT
Tone your entire body with a mix of pilates, barre, yoga, and dynamic movements. This full body workout uses weights, resistance bands, tempo changes, pulses and holds to find your individual burnout zone. This class is high intensity with modifications available for all fitness levels and abilities.
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Power
Unleash your power with athletic, fast paced Vinyasa-style yoga intended to build strength and endurance while linking breath to movement.
Wednesday
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Flow
Find the space to flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath to create a gentle rhythm. Find strength in the body and clarity of the mind.
12:00 p.m. Fieldhouse Mat Pilates
Enjoy a full body workout focused on core stability that lengthens, strengthens, and tones the upper and lower body using Pilates props and body weight.

Unleash your power with athletic, fast paced Vinyasa-style yoga intended to build strength and endurance while linking breath to movement.
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Restore
Intended to deepen relaxation and reduce stress, each yoga pose is supported by props, such as blankets and bolsters, and held for longer periods of time than a conventional yoga class to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a state of rest and digest.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Sculpt
Enjoy this fiery, dynamic yoga flow with optional added weights to tone and sculpt your entire body, while building and maintaining the mind-body connection.
4:30 p.m. Fieldhouse HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a rigorous workout that combines short bursts of high intensity cardio and strength training with periods of rest to improve cardiovascular health and muscular endurance.
