Weekly Movement

Fieldhouse is the center’s movement studio and peak performance fitness club, offering state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Guests can choose from a variety of daily movement classes, and they have the option to undergo a fitness assessment and receive functional training and performance coaching from world-class practitioners.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Monday

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Pilates HIIT

A mix of pilates, barre, and yoga, Pilates HIIT incorporates dynamic movements that tone the entire body. Using weights, resistance bands, tempo changes, and holds, it helps you find your burnout zone. This class is high intensity with modifications available for all fitness levels and abilities.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Stress Release & Mobility

Reduce muscle tightness and improve flexibility by focusing on mobility exercises.

12:00 p.m. Fieldhouse Fire & Ice Yoga

A blend of athletic, fast paced yoga balanced with deeply restful restorative poses.

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga & Tea Ritual 

Experience a rejuvenating morning of meditation, yoga and an energizing tea ritual. 

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Power

Unleash your power with athletic, fast paced Vinyasa-style yoga intended to build strength and endurance while linking breath to movement.

Wednesday

7:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Barre Fusion

Enjoy a low impact, high intensity full body workout using light resistance, small movements, and isometric holds to build muscle endurance, strength, and tone.

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Sculpt

Experience a fiery, dynamic yoga flow with optional added weights to tone and sculpt your entire body, while building and maintaining the mind-body connection.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Aqua Fitness

A fun, energizing water aerobics class open to all skill and experience levels.

Thursday

Friday

7:30 a.m. Boxing Bootcamp

A boxing based fitness class that uses strength, cardio, and interval training.

8:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Morning Meditation

A guided meditation practice using techniques focused in attention, mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization.

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Flow

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse HIIT

Saturday

7:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Flow

Find the space to flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath to create a gentle rhythm. Find strength in the body and clarity of the mind.

9:00 a.m. Local Cycling Ride (First Saturday of the Month)

Join our complimentary two-hour ride led by a local guide through Napa's winding backroads. Moderate fitness required, intermediate road rides that average between 13-17mph.

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a rigorous workout that combines short bursts of high intensity cardio and strength training with periods of rest to improve cardiovascular health and muscular endurance.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Cardio Dance Fitness

Enjoy a full cardio workout with easy to follow high-energy dance moves and upbeat music.

10:30 a.m. Mat Pilates

Join Pilates pro Yuyu for a full body workout focusing on core stability while lengthening, strengthening, and toning the upper and lower body using body weight and Pilates props. | $50 for guests and members

Sunday

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Restore

Intended to deepen relaxation and reduce stress, each yoga pose is supported by props, such as blankets and bolsters, and held for longer periods of time than a conventional yoga class to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a state of rest and digest.

12:30 p.m. Fieldhouse Sound Bath

Reset and restore with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. Sound baths are deeply relaxing, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep. | $50 for guests and members
