DAY 4

Kick start your day with a fitness class, then stroll to the spa for a Muscle Melt massage. Starting with a crystal placement and guided meditation to expand your heart’s energy center, your therapist then uses heated Himalayan Salt Stones to soothe tired muscles before warm candle-lit shea butter is gently applied and massaged to nourish the skin.
