1 3/4 cups | Milk or Non-Dairy Milk
5 tbsp | Ground Chocolate
1/2 tsp | Ground Ginger or Fresh Ginger, peeled and lightly crushed
1 1/2 tbsp | Brown sugar (Optional)
Method: Place liquid in a pot, add the chocolate and ginger. Bring to a boil, slowly mixing constantly with a whisk.
