THURSDAY, July 4th

  • 9:00-10:30AM | Honey and Hive – Join us for a hands-on beekeeping class in the Hudson Valley led by expert Bob Mooney. Explore the fascinating world of bees and their important role in our ecosystem.

  • 11:30-1:30PM | Butter & Biscuts – Immerse yourself in a farm-based culinary experience where you’ll learn to churn fresh butter infused with aromatic herbs from our farm and bake tender, flaky sourdough buttermilk biscuits to accompany your bespoke butter blend.

  • 2:30-3:30PM | Sound Healing – Indulge in a serene sound bath meditation, featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, rain sticks, and other calming elements, renowned for easing anxiety and relieving bodily tension.

  • 4:30-5:15PM | Vinyasa Hatha Flow – Begin your morning with a balanced practice combining postures, breath, meditation, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, leaving you grounded and energized.

  • 5:00-6:00PM | Botanical Mixology – Learn a spin on classic beverages, the background of the spirits, and how to expertly handle the bar tools in front of you.

  • 6:00PM | Maplehouse Barbeque with Lily of the Valley Bluegrass Band – Join us for a fresh-from-the-farm barbecue this Fourth of July Weekend with complimentary whiskey tasting with neighboring Tuthilltown Distillery. Enjoy the sounds from Lily of the Valley Bluegrass Band while exploring lawn games, local beer and wine, and a rotating, thoughtfully curated menu.

FRIDAY, July 5th

  • 9:15-10:00AM | Restorative Yoga – A gentle, restorative yoga flow focused on relaxation that enables the practitioner to leave feeling grounded and invigorated. All levels are welcome.

  • 11:00-12:30PM | Country Hand Pies – Join mom in making a delicious treat. Our hand pies baking class uses locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients to create the perfect springtime treat.

  • 1:00-3:00PM | Open Studio with Ryan Cronin – View the work of local artist Ryan Cronin, and create something of your own during our ‘Open Studio’ at Maplehouse.

  • 5:00-6:00PM | Botanical Mixology – Learn a spin on classic beverages, the background of the spirits, and how to expertly handle the bar tools in front of you.

  • 6:00-8:00PM | Great Porch Sounds – Enjoy the sounds of local New York artists on the Great Porch, our open-aired atrium with sweeping views of the Shawangunk ridge.

  • 6:00PM | Maplehouse Barbecue – Join us for a series of barbecues this summer at Maplehouse. Enjoy lawn games, local beer and wine, and a carefully curated menu.

SATURDAY, July 6th

  • 8:30-8:50 AM | Feed the Animals – Meet our feathered, early morning risers and collect the day’s fresh egg bounty. Collected eggs can be brought into the restaurant and enjoyed for breakfast.

  • 10:00-12:00 PM | Rising Blooms – Take part in a hands-on lesson in making sourdough focaccia, creatively adorned with edible flowers, vegetables and seasonal produce.

  • 2:00-4:00 PM | Pressed Flower Pottery – Join Hudson Valley artist Demetria Chappo for a peaceful pottery class. Immerse yourself in a mindfulness meditation as you transform a single ball of clay into a pinch pot. Learn hand-building techniques and surface design using wildflowers. Your finished pieces will be glazed and shipped within four weeks.
