In various spaces to accommodate up to 450 guests, milestone celebrations feel special and intimate, curated to the occasion with every detail planned and executed to perfection.

Inclusive Venue Fees

Stanly Ranch offers a flat venue fee for events of any size.

Larger Celebrations

For larger celebrations, over 50 people, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful tables and chairs for dining, lounge furniture and bars.

  • Glassware, china, silverware and napkins
  • Event setup and breakdown
  • Event staffing
  • Transportation to and from the hotel to the event site for guests that are staying overnight at the Ranch

Intimate Celebrations

For smaller ceremonies of 20 or less guests, our flat venue fee includes a dedicated event manager, use of Stanly Ranch's outdoor ceremony chairs, basic setup, and the following:

  • Non-alcoholic welcome beverages
  • Champagne for a collective toast
  • A ceremonial cake by Stanly Ranch's Pastry Chef
  • Additional food and beverage and reception options are available

Additional Venues

Bear is the keystone of Stanly Ranch’s culinary offering, serving to connect creation with consumption. Bear is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each meal spotlighting a menu of inspired, elemental cooking.

  • Meals at Bear are convivial experiences highlighting the ingredients of Napa Valley
  • Techniques such as grilling and fermenting are employed alongside more traditional preparations to enhance flavor and add intrigue

A Provence-style setting makes this casually elegant dining spot particularly magical. Adjacent to the grand pool, Basin Bar offers light and plant-forward dishes with colorful craft cocktails and a wine program, designed to be a bit more lighthearted and playful.

  • Drawing on wines from noted producers, but from lesser-known areas, there’s a little something for everyone

Celebrations Amenities & Options

Wedding Planner

We provide a dedicated event manager to assist with the details relating to the venue. A wedding planner will be involved at a much greater capacity. For your benefit and to ensure a seamless experience, a planner is required for all weddings at Stanly Ranch and should be involved for a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding.

Furniture & Linens

Custom tables, dining chairs, lounge furniture, glassware, china, silverware, white, navy, or black napkins, event setup and breakdown, bartenders, event staffing and multiple screens and room dividers are included in the facility fee.

Customized Menus

For parties of up to 30 guests, you may offer an onsite choice of three pre-selected main courses for a charge, with a minimum four course menu. Events over 30 guests may also select three main courses.

Celebration Accommodations

Guests may make individual arrangements. If you are interested in a room block or resort buyout, please consult your Sales Manager and they will provide pricing based on the dates, number of rooms needed, and number room nights. We do not require a minimum of accommodations to be booked.

DJ or Live Band

You may have either a Disc Jockey or live band play for your wedding reception and we are happy to provide recommendations in various price points and styles. From a string quartet during an intimate ceremony to a lively band that will have you dancing into the night, our event planners can assist with the perfect band selection.

Private Lounge Space

Featuring a full length mirror and other amenities, this optional space is available to the wedding party beginning at 8AM am on the wedding day. Many couples will also prepare their hair/makeup and dress in their hotel room.
