Enjoy two of Lia’s full-body classes, as well as nourishing group meals, well-being experiences and treatments from THE WELL at Mayflower Inn. Stay for the day, or extend overnight with two retreat packages to choose from. You’ll leave feeling stronger, refreshed and deeply connected to your core.

Itinerary
Friday, June 13th
9:00 – 9:30am | Warm Welcome – Commence your wellness escape with a spirited welcome from Lia Bartha while sipping warming bone broth and herbal team amongst our holistic destination, THE WELL at Mayflower Inn.
9:45 – 10:15am | Opening Ritual & Intention Setting – Gather at The Chef’s Table for an opening ritual and intention-setting ceremony with Lia. Align with the purpose of your wellness getaway and find clarity on what you would like to release.
10:15 – 11:00am | B the Method Full-Body Strengthening Session – Awaken and energize with a full-body series led by Lia Bartha.
11:15am – 12:00pm | Tea & Tinctures – Join our celebrated health coach and Mayflower wellness expert Kat Heiberger to explore our curated selection of teas. Restore amongst the calming glow of THE WELL at Mayflower Inn as you craft your personal herbal tincture based on your wellness needs and listen as Kat guides you through blending your tea.
12:00 – 1:00pm | Group Lunch – Enjoy a fresh, health-forward lunch as you listen to a conversation on the importance of nourishing your body.
1:00 – 3:30pm | Leisure Time & Treatments – Enjoy leisure time and reserve a treatment at our holistic wellness destination, THE WELL, indulge in a steam room or outdoor sauna session, embark on a Mayflower hike, or simply relax in our blissful Relaxation Room.
3:30 – 4:15pm | B the Method Restorative Movement Session – Restore the mind and body to a meditative, peaceful state with this afternoon wind down series.
4:15 – 5:15pm | Breathwork & Sound Bath – Enjoy a transcendental experience that draws on the healing power of sound. This closing session will restore your sense of wellbeing and leave you in a deeply relaxed state.
5:15 – 5:45pm | Mocktails & Goodbye– Gather by the fire pit and sip on refreshing mocktails as we seal the intentions set earlier in the day and say our goodbyes.
7:00 – 8:30pm | Group Dinner with Lia– Finish the first day of the retreat with dinner with Lia Bartha, featuring a menu of nutrient-rich, delicious dishes.

Saturday, June 14th
8:00 – 9:00am | Mayflower Trail Trek – Trek along the Mayflower trail, stopping to ground yourself and absorb the surrounding natural soundscape. This 1-mile hike will conclude with 30 minutes of movement with Lia to set you up for the day.

9:00 – 10:00am | Breakfast & Goodbye – Wrap up your wellness weekend with a farewell breakfast with Lia before heading back home.
