Kicking off the second season of From Scratch, host David Moscow will feature James Beard Award-winning chef Galen Zamarra of The Lodge at Blue Sky and time spent in Utah at the award-winning lodge. The premiere episode will air on the History Channel on Saturday, October 30th.
The show’s premise is to illustrate where food comes from with a deep dive of farm to table. Moscow met with Galen Zamarra, Executive Chef at the Lodge at Blue Sky, and enjoyed a dish of trout roulade, acorn fritters, and four corners potatoes.
