Day 1

Mid-day Arrival | Discover the Carneros Bike Paths

Explore some of Carneros' winding back country roads on one of our road bikes or e-bikes. Ride alongside the vineyards, or even find yourself at one of our neighboring farms.

2PM | Private Yoga and Meditation

Experience a wellbeing reset, and take a moment upon arrival to set an intention for your journey.

3:30PM | Springhouse Recovery Circuit

Explore Springhouse our recovery circuit program designed to aid in full body restoration and enhance natural healing processes. The innovative circuit uses heat, cold, steam and micro salts to optimize physical performance and improve health.

7PM | Dinner at Bear

Discover the local ingredients of Napa Valley, many harvested directly from our onsite culinary garden and carefully prepared to enhance flavor and add intrigue. Seasonally driven dishes use techniques such as grilling and fermenting alongside more traditional preparations.

Day 2

9AM | Morning Ritual

Experience a rejuvenating morning of meditation, movement and energizing tea from our neighboring partner ERDA teas.

12PM | Tour the Grange

Experience a behind-the-scenes tour of the Grange with the farmer who is bringing it to life, Nick Runkle. Learn how to begin planning and designing your very own garden, and meander through the various planter beds, talking about soil health, companion planting, irrigation and harvesting.

2PM | Personal Training with Postural and Gait Analysis

Work one-on-one with a Stanly Ranch Certified Personal Trainer, complete with a full body assessment. Review topics including strength, flexibility, balance, pain reduction and overall wellness.

3PM | 90-Minute Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes blend easily with intermittent pressure and aromatherapy oils in this classic of deep relaxation massage session.

7PM | Private Dining

After a long day, relax in the comfort of your own suite or guestroom, enjoying dinner out on your private patio, fireside beneath the stars.

Day 3

9:30AM | Fieldhouse HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a rigorous workout that combines short bursts of high intensity cardio and strength training with periods of rest. Get your heart pumping first thing in the morning to maintain energy throughout the day.

12PM | Dry Brush Massage with Lymphatic Release

Experience a combination of dry brushing and traditional lymph drainage massage to stimulate the body’s circulatory and elimination systems. This treatment aids in immunity, detoxification, inflammation and overall wellbeing.

3PM | Halehouse Facial

Enjoy a custom facial designed by our neighbors in Sausalito, Botnia Skincare. This treatment incorporates cold-pressed organic botanicals, extracts, green cosmetic additives and oils to blend cosmetic science and skin physiology.

5PM | Dinner at Basin Bar

Enjoy an early evening dip in our heated Lavender Pool, then experience a casual dinner at Basin Bar, offering plant-forward dishes and colorful craft cocktails and wines.

Day 4

9AM | Fieldhouse Yoga Flow

Find the space to flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath to create a gentle rhythm. Find strength in the body and clarity of the mind.

10AM | Personal Training

Continue your progress working with one of Stanly Ranch's Certified Personal Trainers, identifying any areas that you wish to focus on for the next several months.

Based on your personal assessment, you will receive a customized workout and fitness regime, nutrition and overall wellness plan specific to your goals to continue your wellbeing routine at home.
