Health and wellness are at our core, which is why we offer a variety of complimentary fitness classes each week that draw on varied disciplines and techniques. We can also work with you to craft a personalized fitness regimen, whatever your experience level and ability. It’s all part of our holistic approach to total wellness. Please note that the fitness facilities not available for day-guest use. Inquire with Spa Reception to reserve equipment during your stay. Class sizes are limited, so please sign up in advance with the spa or resort front desk if you have an interest in participating.
