If you want to strengthen your core, consider Pilates Reformer. If you want to push your physical limits, join an HIIT Circuit class. If you want to transcend to a new mental state, there’s mindful meditation. We can also work with you to craft a personalized fitness regimen, whatever your experience level and ability. It’s all part of our holistic approach to total wellness. Please note that the fitness facilities not available for day-guest use.
