Stay at Primland Resort

Tree Houses

Perched in the treetops high above the Dan River Gorge, Primland’s 12,000 thickly wooded acres are home to intimate Tree Houses with sweeping views. Designed in France by renowned treehouse architectural firm La Cabane Perchee – and built of aromatic red cedar – the 440-square-foot Tree Houses with expansive decks feel utterly remote, being at an elevation of 2,700 feet. Tree Houses suit up to two adults, who also receive a complimentary daily continental breakfast delivered to their door and a self-guided wine-tasting experience in partnership with Flowers Vineyards and Winery. Please note: Accessing the Tree Houses requires a four-wheel drive vehicle. For guests who do not have four-wheel drive, complimentary shuttle services are available.
