How to lodge a complaint

 

If you believe that AR and ARC Properties have infringed your rights, we encourage you to submit a request by sending us an email at the above email addresses, so that the Chief Privacy Officer of the ARC Property or AR can work with you to resolve the issue dispute informally.

If you reside in the EEA, you can file a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.

 

Response to your request

 

The endeavor is to respond to consumer’s request for access or deletion within 30-45 days of receiving the request, based on your jurisdiction. If more time is required, you will be appropriately informed in writing with the reason and extension period.
