Sample Chef Matt’s classics– Grilled Kona Kampachi, Kekela Farms Mixed Greens, Smoked Pork Jowl– or opt for the specialty ‘MY’ Menu, a six-course tasting menu ideated by Chef Matt and Yuka Raso, who cultivate the heart and soul of CanoeHouse through exquisitely authentic cuisine and an eternal sense of togetherness.
