Continue to stretch your body with poolside pilates or get your heart rate up and body moving with beach volleyball or aquatic aerobics.

  • The following g​roup classes are complimentary​; private sessions available on a request basis​
  • Sunrise Yoga: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 7am-7:50am at Malliouhana Bluff
  • Bluff Bootcamp: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8am at Leon's
  • Kickboxing: Mondays & Fridays at 9am at Leon's
