Fly fishing in a river
Fly fishing in a river

The Experience

When the May sunshine melts the winter snow, pristine rivers flow through the Wasatch Range. Anglers can cast their flies into calm reservoirs or the Provo and Weber rivers where the shores are accessible and the fish are plentiful. When the winter rolls around, don’t put your rod away. There’s fat trout to be caught in tailwater rivers. Call on one of Park City’s many fly-fishing outfitters and guides to teach you the basics, or for seasoned anglers, get the inside track on lesser-known fishing holes.
