Afternoon Yoga Flow Class with Jungle Johanna | Conclude your first day with a low-intensity relaxing Vinyasa practice focused on restoration and grounding vibrations.
Mayan Calendar Reading |Local Astrologist Itzel Castillo will guide you through the secrets of the Mayan Calendar. Learn about the different Mayan star signs and the way their astronomers and high priests believed the cycles and rhythms in the Heavens were connected to the cycles and rhythms on Earth.
Dinner at leisure | Indulge in light yet hearty dishes inspired by the local bounty of the land and sea as you unwind from the day.
TUESDAY, APRIL 18
Sunrise Flow Yoga | An efficient practice of Sun Salutations, core work, and standing poses to build heat, open up the body and get the energy moving. Intermediate-advanced level.
Breakfast at leisure | Gather at our signature open-air dining venue, Itzam, for an enriching breakfast complete with fresh juices and coffee, organic fruits, and enriching and health-conscious options inspired by Yucatan flavors.
Morning Yoga Class with Jungle Johanna | Embark on an energetic awakening for the day ahead with a pilates circuit style, low-impact high-intensity yoga class.
TRX Suspension Training | A form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.

With a focus on community and utilizing yoga to seek healing and clarity, husband and wife duo Tim Feldmann and Kino MacGregor founded Miami Life Center nearly 20 years ago, building an internationally recognized sanctuary for Ashtanga Yoga. Welcoming a steady stream of loyal students from across the globe, Miami Life Center offers yoga classes, workshops, immersions, and more, with a philosophy rooted in the core values of Ashtanga Yoga. In 2022 they brought in new partners in the business, Joseph Armstrong and Edgar Navarro, who have added a high-end boutique to the space, The One Who Travels, and expanded class offerings to include new formats with Miami superstars, like Jungle Johanna and her special brand of Yogalates. About Jungle Johanna
Johanna Da Ru is a Miami-based trainer with a focus on yoga and pilates and a background in classical ballet training. Her movement style embodies strength, flexibility, toning, and sculpting, and her approach to fitness and wellness is centered around aesthetics, body positivity, and female empowerment. Johanna inspires her clients with a motivational approach to both physical and mental health and she brings a vibrant energy to all of her teachings.
